I'l start by saying that when it comes down to it, I really don't know shit about French Onion Soup. The reason being that I didn't even start liking it until several months ago, when I was able to overcome my previously horrified outlook on bread submerged in liquid. What an unfortunately constructed fallacy I had built inside of my scared little brain for so long. The knowledge of how many years I wasted shying away from this little crock of flavor simply due to my idea of what it meant to eat soggy bread.
