This is a photo of what was called a 'JLT', or Jowl, Lettuce and Tomato. A 'jowl', as I'm sure most of you know, is basically a cheek but fat enough that it droops down in a funny way. Paul Giamatti's face is a jowl. Basically this was the best BLT I've ever had.
