Pictured above is an in-progress raping and pillaging of a gigantic plate of bbq at Hill Country on 26th Street. The restaurant is cafeteria style so you shuffle your way down a butcher table and display case pointing and grunting at things that you would like dumped on your tray. In addition to the mammoth size ribs and incredible variety of sides, they have karaoke with a LIVE band every Tuesday, enabling you to make a fool of yourself in a delectable variety of ways.
