And look what we have here. While vacationing in Florida the idea of making sausage cheese steaks arose. And with that, so too did the front of our shorts. We slit some plump, spicy sausages from one end of their casing to the other, and squeezed out the magic inside into a frying pan with some peppers, onions and garlic.

Upon emerging from the oven covered in a slew of different melted cheeses, they were garnished with diced pickles and jalapenos. Then they were thrown in the garbage. No just kidding, we ate them. They were obviously delicious.
