A diner is a tricky situation. Because of the whole breakfast vs lunch dilemma, obviously. As you can see here I have combined the two by adding an over-easy egg and American cheese to my BLT - a request that, according to my waiter's facial expression, was equivalent to my asking that he sit on my lap and recite his Christmas list in my ear.
