I love street fairs. There was one on 3rd Ave a couple weeks ago, however it was a bit less enjoyable due to the stage erected right outside my living room window, upon which an obese Asian 'tween shrieked out blood curdling renditions of Carrie Underwood and Florence & the Machine songs. But I love the food. It's the food I always want to be eating but am rarely able to justify because it makes me think death thoughts after it's gone. I lust after corn. On a big open flame, charred and doused in butter. My sister is a big fan as well, but unfortunately has trouble eating it after losing all her teeth in a boating accident :/
